BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Booking is confirmed after the advance payment of 30% of the total value has been posted. The remaining amount is collected on the day of arrival.
• Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival. In such a case a 20% handling fee is deducted from the advance payment.
• In case of cancellation of the booking less than 30 days before arrival, the advance payment will not be refunded.
• The resort charges a deposit of 200 PLN upon arrival;
• One parking space is included in the booking price. Additional car 20 PLN/day;
• On the day of arrival, a resort tax is collected and paid to the Mielno Municipality Office in the amount of 3.20 PLN per person per day.
• The cost of stay for an extra person is 60 PLN per day (children up to three years of age 40 PLN); the maximum occupancy of a cottage is 7 people.
• When booking a stay in the months of May, June and September, an additional charge for electricity is added in the amount of 1.50 PLN per kWh;
• Check-in starts at 15:00; check-out is by 10:00 on the following day.
• In the period 14.07.2024 – 18.08.2024 we offer only stays of minimum 7 days;
• When booking an apartment for a fortnight or for a longer period of time, prices are agreed individually.

In order to ensure comfort of our guests and safety of children staying in the resort, we kindly ask to inform us in advance if you ar planning to bring pets with you. The pet fee is 20 PLN per day.
